Join me for 2,5 hours creating space, awareness and release tension in your belly and pelvis via pelvic yoga and belly massage. We’ll start with 60 min of private yoga for the pelvis and pelvic floor. Focussed on creating space and awareness in this intricate part of your body and your personal needs. I’ll teach you poses and techniques on how you can ease pain, tightness and tension in your pelvis, lower back and belly. Great if you are dealing with pelvic pain, tightness in your pelvis, low back issues, struggle with hormonal and menstrual issues, have ibs or just feel stuck in your pelvic/belly area. After creating this space with breath and movement you will receive a belly massage (75-90min). This massage detoxes, restructures and strengthens the body. Although the massage mainly focuses on the abdomen, the massage affects the entire body, including lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, and reproductive systems, as well as the nervous system and immune system.

These mini retreats are available on Mondays 14:00, Tuesdays 14:00/15:00 and Fridays 11:00 at Caan van Necklaan 169 in Rijswijk.
