Restorative & reiki

 This evening is here to support you, to guide you into creating space for your body to gently open and heal. Restorative yoga is a kind of yoga where the focus is to open and relax the body. With the use of many props you fully support the body in a way that the body feels safe to release and let go. Allowing the muscles to relax and open, while releasing stress, tension and anxiety. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. It is based on the principle that we are all guided by this life-force energy.

Steffi will guide you into the restorative poses where you’ll stay for 5-15 minutes, while being in these poses Steffi will share the healing touch of Reiki and small mini massages with each student. The evening will end with a deep relaxing yoga nidra. Class size is very limited, to make sure Steffi has enough time to be with each student. Only 6 spots per evening, be sure to register in advance to secure your spot.

First offering of the workshop is on Friday evening October 7th 19:00-22:00 and will be repeated monthly on November 11th and December 9th.

Investment is €59 per session or €150 for all three (discount = €27) when booked all at once. The workshop is held at Yoga Sattva Rijswijk at Geestbrugkade 35, 2281 CX Rijswijk

Energetic Belly Massage Course 1

Become a professional Energetic Belly Massage therapist and learn to share the gift of abdominal massage with your clients and loved ones. They work on so many levels; physical, emotional and spiritual. Based on Chi Nei Tsang, a Toaist abdominal detox massage. With these massages you create space in the belly and pelvis, you clean toxins and release emotion and trauma. You massage the internal organs to make everything flow better, to release blockages and to relax the tissue. During this weekend you’ll learn to give a 45-60 min detox massage of the abdomen.

Energetic Belly Massage Course 2

After the first course you can join this second one for the second diagram or sequence. This is focused on opening the wind gates, so the body can release the sick energy (sick wind). These sick winds are the basis of various physical complaints, emotional imbalance and mental overactivitiy. We go deeper into the energy work and after this weekend you can give a full 90 minute Energetic Belly Massage.

Monthly Online Pelvic Yoga

During my pelvic yoga classes I use specific yoga postures to gently stretch the pelvic floor and muscles that surround the pelvis to create space and ease. We’ll work with creating expansion in the connective tissue and softness around tired, tight and overused muscles. Adding gentle movement in the pelvis and spine, stretching and working with stabilizing and strengthening exercises.
