Yoga & Essential Oils for Better Sleep
Do you find it hard to fall asleep or do you wake up in the middle of the night? Twenty-four percent of the Dutch are having sleep problems. Not sleeping enough hours and not sleeping well enough have big consequences; like stress, heart conditions, high blood pressure, obesity and depression as well as a big influence on your productivity.
During this workshop I will teach you simple yoga techniques and poses, meditations and breathwork together with the use of essential oils to help you sleep better and longer. I will share my evening routine which has helped me sleep better with you and we’ll work on one for you. We know all about morning routines, but creating an evening routine is as important!
