• incl recordings of the meditations to use at home
• with healthy snacks & drinks (but no big meals, because you’ll be practicing on each other so best if the belly is empty)
• a certificate of completion

 Cancellation Policy:

– In case of cancellation between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the training, 50% of the training costs will be charged, or the possibility to reschedule to another date (when available) at no cost.
– In case of cancellation between 4 weeks and 1 week before the start of the training, 70% of the training costs will be charged.
– If canceled within 1 week before the start of the training, there is no right to a refund.
