Cancellation Policy:

– In case of cancellation between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the training, 50% of the training costs will be charged, or the possibility to reschedule to another date (when available) at no cost.
– In case of cancellation between 4 weeks and 1 week before the start of the training, 70% of the training costs will be charged.
– If canceled within 1 week before the start of the training, there is no right to a refund.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact me via email as soon as possible out of respect of mine and my other clients time. There is always space to find a solution that works for both of us! Thank you.
